In our clinic we have exclusive Agualipo liposuction technology of Body Jet, the newest and most efficient for fat transplantation. The Agualipo liposuction method is much less invasive for the body, and the surgical time, anesthesia, risks, post-operative discomfort and recovery are reduced by half. In a first phase, the fat is extracted from the donor area, dissecting the tissues by means of water jets. The extracted adipocytes are decanted in the lipocolector, to infiltrate the breasts for breast augmentation. There is no risk of suffering hypersensitivity or rejection of the infiltrated material because we talk about the patient’s own fat, nor of the complications associated with the use of breast implants such as capsular contracture, rotation, etc. The survival of the extracted cells is 90%, so the results, once the process is finished (after 3-6 months) are permanent over time. The scars are practically invisible. The first months a result of much greater increase is perceived, due to the inflammation and to that part of the fat it will be reabsorbed. The normal thing is to have a reabsorption rate of 30% of the volume injected, for this reason it is not possible to achieve a greater increase to one or two sizes of bra in a single session, although the procedure could be repeated after 8 months. and the result supposes the increase of one or two bra sizes. No smoking. Smokers have an increased risk of skin loss and complications in wound healing, in addition to infiltrating fat to a much lesser extent if tobacco is used.
You can return to work immediately, but you must at least four weeks to return to intense exercise.
